Lee has served in various IT and business roles during his 25 years in the property-casualty industry. He has focused most of his career leading and implementing agency automation (sales/service) solutions for carriers, including EMC, Nationwide (Allied) and Kemper Corporation. He currently leads a customer experience team focused on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional digital experiences for agents and policyholders.
