He has managed and championed program initiatives that include real-time rating, automated book roll, AMS Transact Now, IVANS Transformation Station, as well as commercial, claims, and commission download. Dave and his team members are active in the Big “I” Agents Council for Technology (ACT) and AUGIE (ACORD User Group Information Exchange)
